A complete renovation of a beautiful Grade II listed building used for both commercial and residential purposes.

Basement
A complete basement conversion. Both the original boiler and stove had to be kept as part of regulations, they were both over 100 years old.

Shop
Entire floor had to be stripped back to the original brickwork and the layout was reconstructed.  A renovation of the shop and a back extension added to include disabled access toilet and a utility room.  All with M and E and plumbing work carried out as well.

First Floor
A complete renovation of the entire floor with layout having to be reconstructed allowing for a new 2 bed and a 1 bed flat. Specially made windows & doors installed to be in keeping with the original appearance and character of the building. Brand new kitchens and bathrooms fitted and installed. Plus all the plumbing work and M and E works carried out. A real high end finish throughout the entire property.
