Grant House, St Johns Street

A complete renovation of the entire office block located in prime London City EC1. All four floors had to be completely stripped out and reconstructed. Each floor was redesigned to the individual needs of the tenant of that floor.

New flooring laid throughout with brand new lighting systems, high spec glass partition meeting rooms and offices. A brand new kitchenette placed on every floor along with new toilets and a full redecoration throughout all four floors.
